Recommended institutions include those with the following qualifications:
ISO 17025 accredited laboratories
CNAS/CMA accredited
Experience in testing under EU regulations
Reports recognized by EU customs and retailers

Step 3: Submit Application Materials
Required documents:
1. Testing application form (template provided by the institution)
2. Samples (usually 5-10 complete finished products)
3. Product composition list (including inks, adhesives, coatings, etc.)
4. Manufacturer information (name, address, contact information)
5. Previous test reports (if any, for reference)
Step 4: Laboratory Testing
Testing cycle: Standard items 5-7 business days; expedited processing can be shortened to 3-5 business days.
If the initial test fails, the agency will provide rectification suggestions, and the company can retest after optimization.
Step 5: Report Issuance and Subsequent Use
Obtain a bilingual (Chinese and English) test report.
The report is typically valid for 1-2 years (depending on client and platform requirements).
The report can be used for: export customs clearance, entry into EU e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon Europe), brand factory audits, etc.
