SVHC testing refers to the content testing of substances controlled by SVHC in REACH regulations.
REACH test item
According to the requirements of REACH certification regulation 1907/2006/EC, if the following two conditions are met, its producers and importers should notify the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA):

2. The quantity of substances of very high concern (SVHC) contained in the products of the producer/importer exceeds 1 ton/year.
REACH SVHC Restricted Substances
The implementation of REACH has had a great impact on the electrical and electronics industry. (1) EU manufacturers (natural or legal persons domiciled in EU countries and manufacturing substances);
(2) EU importer (natural or legal person domiciled in an EU country and responsible for the import);
(3) The "sole representative" appointed by the non-EU manufacturer to settle in the EU.
