The Amazon website in the United States requires all children's toys and children's products to provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC), which is similar to a COC certificate. When launching product categories related to children on Amazon America, including toys, baby products, etc., a CPC certificate will be required, otherwise they will not be sold. Although called a "certificate," the CPC certificate is not issued by any official agency and does not need to be filed. Essentially, it is a "guarantee letter" drafted and fully responsible by the manufacturer/importer, stating that their products comply with all applicable children's product safety regulations and other laws and regulations in the United States.


Amazon CPC Certification Process:

Step: The customer provides product images and application forms;

Step 2: The inspection agency shall provide a quotation based on the provided information

Step 3: After the customer confirms the quotation, sign the filing application form and service agreement, pay the full project fee, and prepare test samples;

Step 4: The customer arranges to mail samples to the laboratory for testing;

Step 5: Pass the test and issue a report.
