Computer Server China RoHS Test Report

Computer servers fall under the scope of China's RoHS (Regulations on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products) and are therefore required to undergo hazardous substance testing and receive a test report.

I. Testing Items

Lead (Pb): Limit 1000 ppm

Mercury (Hg): Limit 1000 ppm

Cadmium (Cd): Limit 100 ppm

Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+): Limit 1000 ppm

Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs): Limit 1000 ppm

Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs): Limit 1000 ppm

II. Testing Methods

XRF Fluorescence Spectroscopy: Rapid screening

Wet Chemical Method (e.g., EN 62321 series): Precise qualitative and quantitative analysis when XRF exceedances or disputes occur

2. Exploded View of the Complete Machine (BOM List)

3. List of Key Components

4. Applicant/Manufacturer's Business License

5. Test Application Form

IV. Report Validity

China RoHS itself does not have a fixed validity period, but the industry typically refers to a period of 2-3 years (DEZEW Testing CNAS Registration No.: L8083).

If there are changes in product materials, processes, or suppliers, retesting is required.

V. Important Notes

It is recommended to obtain a report from a third-party laboratory with CMA and CNAS accreditations.

If the product is intended for export, a national RoHS conformity assessment (GB/T 39560 series) can also be applied for simultaneously.
