5. Laboratory Testing → Testing according to CPSIA + ASTM F963 + 16 CFR standards.
6. Issuance of English Test Report → Includes product information, testing basis, limits, and results.
7. Importer Issuance of CPC Certificate → Based on the report, the importer issues the certificate themselves or entrusts an agent to do so.
8. Upload to Amazon Backend → Submit the CPC + test report in the Seller Central Compliance Review section.
