CPC certification is a children's product safety certificate applicable to all products that are primarily intended for children aged 12 and under. I. Scope of mandatory certification

- Date of completion of test (must be within 12 months before the certificate is issued)
5. Compliance Statement
- Clearly mark "This product complies with all applicable children's product safety regulations"
- Signature and date of signature of the responsible person (electronic signature must comply with 21 CFR Part 11)
6. Supporting Document Index
- Referenced test report number and version number (such as the report must include sample photos and test methods)
- Multi-model coverage instructions (such as a series of products sharing the test basis)
7. Tracking label
- The product body must be permanently marked with the manufacturer's name, production batch, and contact information (Amazon's key points for warehousing inspection)
III. Additional requirements for high-risk models
Models with small parts: 16 CFR 1501 (small parts choking test), simulated tensile test for children under 3 years old
Electric/remote control models: 16 CFR 1505 (circuit overload protection), temperature rise test, insulation resistance test
Models with coatings: 16 CFR 1303 (lead content), EN71-3 (heavy metals), coating scratch migration test
