EU ROHS 10-item testing process for power tools

- Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+)

- Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs)

- Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)

- Diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP)

- Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP)

- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)

- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

4. Report stage

- Test report: After the testing agency completes the test, it will issue a detailed RoHS 10 test report.

- Audit report: The company audits the test report to ensure that all test results meet the requirements of the RoHS2.0 directive.

5. Declaration of Compliance

- Prepare Declaration of Conformity: Prepare the RoHS Declaration of Conformity for power tools based on the test results.

- Affix CE Mark: Affix the CE mark to the power tool to indicate that the product complies with the EU RoHS Directive and other relevant directives.

6. Archiving and Follow-up

- Archive Technical Documents: Archive technical documents such as RoHS test reports and Declaration of Conformity for inspection by the EU market surveillance agency.

- Continuous Compliance: Ensure that power tools continue to comply with the requirements of the RoHS2.0 Directive during the production process, and conduct regular testing and audits.
